Ryan has over 24-years of information technology experience. He is adept at foreseeing emerging trends, leading, and mentoring teams to accomplish large and small projects, implementing innovative solutions and creating an environment focused on customer service.  Ryan’s goal is always to support clients’ initiatives, serve as their advocate and subject matter expert and deliver the best solutions to address business needs and problems with the insightful application of technology.

  • Work with stakeholders and provide leadership and direction in identifying the scope of the challenge, schedule and budget as well as developing a clearly defined initiative that works to resolve challenges.

  • Leverage, develop and maintain strong client internal business and external partner relations.

  • Analyze a broad range of data and information and present it in an annotated and visual format for executive review and decision-making.

  • Overcome technically complex business solutions using experience-based skills, judgment, and strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.

  • Motivate, mentor, and lead a team of talented consultants and subject matter experts for the benefit of his clients.

Analyst

  • Lead, support, and own ongoing analysis of data sets and provide executive dashboard reports for review and analysis.  

  • Provide complete detailed technology service assessments, including a comprehensive inventory of services, tracking where the services are being used, cost and contract liabilities.

  • Develop detailed evaluations of services to increase visibility and understanding of services, maximize technological performance, and identify areas for reducing costs and technical complexity.

Advisor

  • Identify the right solutions and recommendations as well as provide direction to deliver superb technology results and support business requirements.

  • Provide vendor and service provider management by serving as a client’s representative, subject matter expert and advocate.

  • Organize, facilitate, and manage ongoing business and network engineering team meetings.

  • Provide ongoing support and subject matter expertise to clients specifically around industry trends and best practices as well as strategies of leading service providers, hardware and software manufacturers, and value-added resellers within the telecom and wireless industry.

Technologist

  • Serve as a visionary, strategist and subject matter expert who consistently evaluates the consumer, corporate and government industries and continuously shares this knowledge of trends and emerging technology to help his clients make decisions.

  • Consistently review, track, and analyze current and emerging trends across multiple industries, verticals, and user demographics to better understand how technology is being adopted and applied.

  • Provide clients with perspective and insight into broad range of use cases for technology at all levels.

  • Share insights and perspectives with clients about pushing back the pressures against technology and striving to achieve the appropriate balance of technology application.

  • Refine UTG’s unique vision and philosophy of “moderation in most things, including technology” and share it with clients, academics, colleagues, and other technologists.
